Choose the Right Option for You
Not sure which option is right for you? Explore the Benefits Decision Support Guide to compare your choices and find coverage that fits your needs.
If you and your spouse both have benefits coverage, you may be able to coordinate your benefits. This may affect which health and dental option is the best fit for you. For some employees, this may make the Basic option a suitable choice. See the Benefits Decision Support Guide for additional considerations.
If you are covered by a collective bargaining agreement, check your union contract, as eligibility and benefits might be different for each program.
