WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Republic Services Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) gives you the opportunity to invest in the company you help build and to share in its future.
How Does the Plan Work?
The Republic Services Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) allows you to purchase company stock at a 5% discount. You elect the percentage of your paycheque you want to contribute (1%-15%), up to the plan limits per offering period. The contribution amount you elect is accumulated until the end of the quarter for the stock purchase. Your purchased shares are automatically deposited into a personal account you establish with Fidelity.
How To Participate
You can participate in the ESPP after the completion of 90 days of employment with Republic Services. Participating is voluntary.
Once eligible, you can enrol on Fidelity’s website.
Your election will begin on the first paycheque of the next calendar quarter.
