WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Republic Services offers a company-sponsored pension plan to help you save for retirement. The pension plan available to you — the Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP) or Simplified Pension Plan (SPP) — depends on where you work.
Once you participate in your company pension plan, you may also choose to build additional savings through the voluntary Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (Group RRSP) and Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA).

If you are covered by a collective bargaining agreement, check your union contract, as eligibility and benefits might be different for each program.
