How To Get Started

You can enroll through the Benefits Service Center website during your new hire or Open Enrollment period. After you enroll, follow these three steps:

Step 1: Find An Attorney

Visit the MetLife website or call 800-821-6400 to speak with an experienced service team that can match you with the right attorney and give you a case number.

Step 2: Make An Appointment

Call the attorney you select, provide your case number, and schedule a time to talk or meet.

Step 3: Meet With Your Attorney

After you've met with your attorney—that's it! There are no copays, deductibles, or claims forms when you meet with a network attorney for a covered matter.
