Step 4: Complete Your Biometric Screening

If you complete your biometric screening, you'll receive a $125 medical premium reduction.

Completed All Steps by December 31?

If you completed all steps by the deadline, you’ll receive $250 off your medical plan premiums. It will appear as a “wellness incentive” credit on your paychecks for the following plan year.

Take Note!

To receive the medical premium reduction in the following plan year, you must be enrolled in a Republic Services medical plan and complete the steps by the deadline.

How To Get Started

You and your spouse can visit the Rally Engage website to start taking advantage of these activities under the Explore section.

You’ll need your HealthSafe ID username and password to log in. If you have coverage through UHC, it will be the same username and password that you use to log in to the UHC website.

If you do not have a HealthSafe ID username and password, select How to register? on the Rally Engage website for more details.

Frequently Asked Questions

I did not complete any activities by December 31. Now what?

If you didn’t complete any activities by December 31, you will not receive a premium reduction in the following plan year. However, once the new calendar year begins, you’ll have another opportunity to participate.

I received my annual physical and/or biometric screening from my doctor. Is there anything else I need to do?

If you’re enrolled in a UHC medical plan, no additional action is required.

If you’re enrolled in another medical plan through Republic Services, you’ll need to attest to completing your annual physical and/or biometric screening on the Rally Engage website. After you log in, select Get a Preventative Screening or Annual Physical Attestation. From here, select the self-attestation.

I completed the required activities, but I don’t see the medical plan premium reduction on my paycheck.

Due to claims processing times, some completed activities may not be immediately available for a premium reduction on your paycheck. For example, activities completed in the fourth quarter of the year (i.e., October through December) may not be processed in time for a premium credit on the first paycheck of the new year. These activities will be processed as soon as administratively possible and credited to your premiums retroactively.

I recently removed my spouse from my medical plan coverage. Can they still participate?

If you recently removed your spouse from your medical plan coverage, they are no longer eligible for the medical premium reduction program and the credit will end.
